b9myr | About Us – Malaysia's Most Trusted Online Casino Platform

OUR STORY

From Humble Beginnings to Malaysia's Largest Platform

B9myr started in 2019 — when our small but passionate founding team noticed something glaring: Malaysian players had no online casino platform that truly understood their needs. Most platforms at the time were built for overseas markets, with unfriendly interfaces, complicated payment methods, and no customer support available in Bahasa Melayu. The gap was wide, and we decided to fill it.

From a small office in Kuala Lumpur, we built b9myr from the ground up with one core principle: every decision made must put Malaysian players' interests first. That means a user-friendly Bahasa Melayu interface, deposit and withdrawal methods using platforms Malaysians already know — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks — and a customer support team reachable around the clock in players' native language.

Over its first six years of operation, b9myr has grown from a small platform into one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online casino industry. More than 500,000 active members from across the country — from major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, George Town, and Kota Kinabalu, to smaller towns in Kelantan, Sabah, and Sarawak — have made b9myr their go-to platform for online casino entertainment.

What we are most proud of is not just the impressive numbers, but the trust we have built with every b9myr member. That trust is earned through consistent action — paying out winnings accurately and promptly, being transparent about RTP and game rules, never changing bonus terms after a player has signed up, and always being there when a player needs help. These are the core values we have never compromised on since day one.

Today, b9myr continues to grow — adding new games, enhancing platform technology, and expanding payment options to ensure every Malaysian player gets the best possible experience. There's still a long road ahead, and we couldn't be more excited to travel it together with you, our incredible Malaysian player community.

B9myr's Commitment to Malaysian Players

One thing we at b9myr always emphasise to our entire team is this: players are not just numbers in a system. Every b9myr member is a real individual — someone who works hard for their money, who plays to have fun and unwind after a long day, and who places their trust in us when they sign up. That trust is something deeply precious, and it must never be taken lightly.

That is why b9myr invests heavily in a fast and reliable payment system. We understand that when Malaysian players win and want to withdraw their funds, they do not want to wait days or face made-up excuses. We are committed to processing every withdrawal transparently and within the promised timeframe — because your money is your money, not ours to hold on to.

In terms of game selection, b9myr offers a carefully curated collection of over 500 games — from Malaysian and Asian-themed slots like Red Envelope and Lunar Fortune, to classic slot titles such as 777 Slots and Magic Fruits, as well as live casino games including Live Baccarat where you can interact with professional dealers in real time. Every game on b9myr has gone through our internal quality review process before being made available to players.

B9myr also embraces the rich cultural diversity and festive spirit of Malaysia. We actively celebrate the nation's major festivals — from Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Chinese New Year to Deepavali and Malaysia Day — with special promotions, bonus offers, and themed game experiences. This isn't just a marketing strategy; it's how b9myr shows that we are part of the Malaysian community, not simply a foreign company operating here.

The b9myr VIP Programme is one of the most valued aspects of the experience for our loyal players. Unlike VIP programmes on other platforms that offer little more than token perks, b9myr's VIP Programme delivers real, meaningful benefits that make a genuine difference — including higher withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing (as quick as 15 minutes for Diamond members), weekly cashback, early access to new games, and a dedicated personal account manager.

We at b9myr also recognise that the online gaming industry calls for a responsible approach. We take our social responsibility seriously by providing a range of self-management tools — including daily and monthly deposit limits, session time limits, and options to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for players who need it. Because for us, healthy entertainment is worth far more than any short-term gain.
