1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the B9MYR platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions contained in this document. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, whether registered members or general visitors accessing the B9MYR website.

B9MYR reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Your continued use of the B9MYR platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use B9MYR's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Not currently prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any authority.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without any refund.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.

B9MYR reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill — for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

B9MYR processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – minimum deposit RM10
• GrabPay – minimum deposit RM10
• Boost – minimum deposit RM10
• ShopeePay – minimum deposit RM10
• DuitNow – minimum deposit RM20
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks) – minimum deposit RM20

Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. However, B9MYR is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Withdrawals will be processed within 24 business hours, subject to the necessary security checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by B9MYR are subject to the following specific terms:

• Welcome bonuses and reload bonuses are subject to rollover requirements of between 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds are only counted on eligible games such as slots, live baccarat, and other online casino games.
• B9MYR reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Limited-time promotions such as Raya Bonus, CNY Bonus, and other festive seasonal promotions have their own expiry dates and cannot be extended.

B9MYR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any disputes regarding bonuses must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant promotion ending.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the B9MYR platform — including Valley of Gods, Magic Fruits, Lucky Zodiac, 777 Slots, Red Envelope, Lunar Fortune, and Live Baccarat — are powered by a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fair play.

• Game results are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, B9MYR reserves the right to void the round and refund the wager to the user's account.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• B9MYR monitors all gaming activity and reserves the right to restrict or close any account suspected of fraudulent conduct.

6. Privacy & Data Security

B9MYR respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information. 9. Account Closure & Suspension

B9MYR reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• The use of multiple accounts or sharing of accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the B9MYR customer support team. Account balances that do not meet withdrawal requirements may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of a case review.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
